Friendship and success in Stockholm for Serge Vieira, Bocuse d’Or 2005. Upon invitation of Henrik Norström, Bocuse d’Argent 2001, Chef owner of restaurant Lux, 1* Michelin, Serge prepared last week, 2 dinners with a wonderful menu full of sea-food as a tribute to Nordic seas: oysters, crab, langoustines... Many customers, many interviews, many smiles on everybody’s face!
After a long 18 hours trip up to Stockholm because of Air France striking… Serge and his assitant Julien, were happy to meet Henrik’s staff who was very positive and helpful.
They also had time during one day, to visit Henrik’s other restaurant in town: BAR as well as the place for his future restaurant to be opened in March.
Henrik will come to Serge’s place in the beginning of next summer and of course, we’ll keep you posted.
