The program of the cooking courses organized by our friend Stéphane Delrue for « A la Carte Formation » has come. Remember that this “School for Chefs” offers training sessions with very
serious and pedagogical teachers of high level. Among them, you will notice Serge Vieira and Régis Marcon, who are not only Bocuse d’Or but also love teaching, transmitting their knowledge. Find a subject for you by reading the 2012 brochure.
